Teri Albrecht

Dr. Teri Albrecht has held increasingly responsible positions in international student services at UT Austin since 1999 and currently serves as the Assistant Vice Provost for Operations and Chief of Staff for Texas Global. Before joining the staff at UT Austin, Teri held positions at St. Edward’s University and Louisiana State University. 

Teri has considerable experience with crisis management involving international students and study abroad programs.  She is editor and contributing author of Crisis Management in a Cross-Cultural Setting and presents and publishes widely on topics affecting international education. An active member of NAFSA: Association of International Educators, Teri has held leadership positions in the association and is a recipient of NAFSA Region III’s Outstanding Service to International Education award.
