Do you provide on-site training for staff and students?
Yes, we offer on-site and virtual training sessions on topics like active shooter response, emergency preparedness, emergency (crisis) team roles and responsibilities, threat assessment, and crisis communications. Tabletop exercises are a popular and effective means of training.
How long do consulting engagements typically last?
The timeline varies depending on the project scope. Most training sessions can be accomplished in one day, some assessments may take a few weeks to complete, while development of an emergency operations plan may take several months to finalize.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the scope of services. We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your interests and needs. Following the consultation, we provide a custom proposal which includes goals and scope of the project, specific steps in the projects, consultants who will be working on the project, timeline to completion of the project, and cost of the project. We work with institutions to produce a quality product that meets their needs at a reasonable cost.

We use evidence-based strategies like threat assessment teams, behavioral intervention training, and early-warning systems to identify and mitigate risks before they escalate.
